We accept children on a first come first serve basis. Please contact our school office to check availability. Submitting the registration form only, does not guarantee your spot in the program. To secure your spot, please turn in your registration form along with the registration fee.
Step 1: Visit Our Campus (Optional)
We invite families to schedule a tour a tour of our campus if they would like to see the MDO environment and learn more about our program. Tours are optional and not required for enrollment.
Step 2: Submit Registration Form & Registration Fee
Families interested in enrolling in MDO may fill out the registration form and bring it to FCA Mother’s Day Out along with your payment. Enrollment is confirmed based on availability.
